Top things of 2014, number 4

Persevering with my photography. I think I’m getting better, but, it’s hard to judge yourself, unless I’m doing the usual thing of thinking all my work is shit (I know it isn’t). Beyond Work now has purpose, and I’ve photographed lots of new people. I’ve added an intensive video interview before the photography starts, and Emily has designed materials for the archive. It feels like a good thing, and best of all, I’m really enjoying it.

I set myself a challenge to learn, experiment and put the hours in. Luckily, I'm surrounded by really inspiring photographers from the Miniclick gang, and I'm looking forward to more learning, talks and work being made next year.
