Machines should do the work

In 1967, IBM suggested in this short video made by Jim Henson, that machines should do the work, because that's what they're best at, and people should do the thinking, because that's what they're best at.

I'm not sure we've hit the utopian world IBM were suggesting though. We now seem to be drowning in digital paperwork with even less thinking time.
