I love my Nike+ gizmo.  I also love the Nike Amp watch that connects to the gizmo and lets me control things without having to fumble with my iPod when running.  I love that Nike+ allows me to not have to fumble.  Until of course the thing breaks, and I have to try and return it.  That process is full of fumbles.

My positive emotional connection with Nike+ has been upset.

UPDATE: The only way they can help is by giving me a refund and letting me order a new watch - how can that be good for me or them?
